At Nuda Professional, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box along with your printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
